Selena Ladouceur, RP
Selena is a Registered Psychotherapist with the CRPO and a professional member of the CCPA and CACFT. Selena received her Master of Arts Degree in Counselling & Spirituality from a joint program with the University of Ottawa and Saint Paul University. During this time, her training focused on individual, child, couple, and family therapy. Selena also holds an honours degree in Forensic Psychology from Carleton University, and has her SSW diploma from Loyalist College.
Selena has always had an interest in Mental Health and has previous experience working with individuals struggling with a variety of mental health concerns. Selena’s therapeutic intention is to focus on working with individuals and families to help them heal and process emotions in a supportive, non-judgmental, and safe environment.
Selena tends to take an empathetic approach to treatment concentrating on theoretic lenses best suiting Humanistic, Person-centered, Psychobiological (PACT), and Emotion-focused therapy (EFT). She finds integrating treatment approaches very useful for emotion recognition and regulation, along with providing insight into understanding thought processes and the perspective of others. Selena believes that integrating facets from other modalities will allow for the unique needs of her clients to be best supported and met. This will ultimately contribute to their development in areas of personal growth, self-awareness, and altered behavioural change.

Robyn Plane, RP
Robyn is a Registered Psychotherapist with the CRPO and a Canadian Certified Counsellor. He holds a Master of Arts in Counselling & Spirituality from the University of Ottawa and Saint Paul University, graduating in 2013.
In addition to providing individual therapy, Robyn is a clinical supervisor supporting psychotherapists in the community as well as student counsellors of Saint Paul Universities graduate program.
Robyn is a compassionate therapist dedicated to supporting teens and adults on their journey toward personal growth and meaningful change. He specializes in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing, offering a flexible approach that meets clients where they are. Robyn has extensive experience working with individuals from LGBTQ+ communities, as well as those navigating ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and other unique life challenges.
With a focus on enhancing communication and relationships, Robyn creates a supportive and non-judgmental space for clients to explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. He is passionate about empowering clients to build stronger connections, improve their self-awareness, and move toward a life aligned with their values. Whether you’re looking to develop new coping strategies, improve communication skills, or deepen relationships, Robyn is committed to helping you create meaningful, lasting change.

Mario Sonier, RP (Qualifying)
PhD. Candidate
Mario Sonier is a compassionate and experienced psychotherapist dedicated to providing effective care. As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the CRPO and a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) with the CCPA, he holds a Master’s in Counselling and Spirituality from Saint Paul University. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. focusing on pain resilience among Canadian veterans.
With over 15 years of experience, Mario has worked in diverse mental health settings, including Canadian Forces Mental Health Clinics and Operational Trauma and Stress Support Centers. He supports clients navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, chronic pain, workplace challenges, and relational issues, using evidence-based approaches like CBT, ACT, Mindfulness, IFS, and somatic therapies.
In addition to his clinical work, Mario is passionate about education and mentorship. He has taught at the School of Counselling, Psychotherapy, and Spirituality at Saint Paul University and has trained and supervised military chaplains in Counselling Skills courses. He has also led training on topics such as compassion fatigue, suicide prevention, and self-care, and delivered programs on stress management, mindfulness, and resilience for military personnel and their families.
Bilingual in English and French, Mario blends practical tools with a holistic focus on emotional and spiritual well-being. He creates a safe, supportive space for individuals to heal, grow, and thrive.

Danica Kaplan RN, Psychotherapist

Danica is a Registered Nurse, Psychotherapist with the College of Nurses of Ontario who takes a holistic approach to counselling, integrating both mind and body. She draws from her training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy at the Ottawa Institute of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, incorporates somatic approaches, and is currently pursuing her Master’s in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University.

She has experience counselling adolescents with a focus on anxiety and depression, providing support in a women’s health clinic—including advocacy for women’s rights—and working in acute psychiatry. Danica enjoys working with individuals navigating major life transitions, such as breakups, grief/loss, or feelings of being stuck or directionless, who are motivated to heal and grow into the best version of themselves.

Her focus is on strengthening the relationship with Self by helping clients increase self-worth, self-confidence, self-acceptance, and independence. This is achieved by exploring how thoughts, experiences, behaviours, and emotions influence daily life and how they can be examined to support personal growth and achieve meaningful goals.

Na Li, RP (Qualifying)

Na Li is a registered psychotherapist (qualifying) at the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). She holds a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from the MACP program at Yorkville University. Immigrating to Canada 17 years ago, Na has also gained extensive experience in business and working within the Canadian context, providing her with a deep understanding of the challenges faced by Chinese immigrants in Canada.
Na specializes in working with adults, teenagers, and university students. Her clientele primarily includes individuals dealing with anxieties (such as social anxiety), depression, academic stress, self-esteem issues, life transitions, and interpersonal challenges. Na’s own experiences as an immigrant and cultural navigator have fueled her passion for advocating for and supporting first and second-generation immigrants, understanding the unique pressures they face in balancing multiple cultural identities.
Na’s therapeutic approach is integrative and eclectic, ensuring that each client’s unique needs are met with the most suitable methods. She utilizes a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, mindfulness techniques, and emotion-focused therapy to help clients manage their emotions and navigate difficult situations. Her approach is grounded in creating a safe, non-judgemental, and supportive environment where clients feel comfortable exploring their thoughts and feelings.
Na is fluent in Mandarin and English.
